From a modest upbringing in Wardhi, Maharashtra, he rose to become the founder and CEO of PSA Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, a global leader in providing innovative and affordable solutions for various health problems. As a child, Mr. Bharal showed exceptional talent and diligence. Despite facing financial struggles and battling a speech impediment, he excelled in his studies and pursued his dream of becoming a chemical engineer. He graduated from the National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, in 1972, joining the elite ranks of the alumni of one of the oldest and best chemical engineering institutes in India. He then embarked on his professional career as a process engineer in a chemical plant, where he honed his skills, overcame his stammering problem, and gained practical knowledge that he would soon wield to bring his goals to life.

You see, Mr. Bharal was not content with working for others. He had a vision of creating his own enterprise that would make a difference in the world, taking inspiration from his own entrepreneurial parents. In 1985, he took a bold step and launched his own consulting firm with just Rs. 500 in his pocket. He named it PSA, after himself, his wife Suman, and the associates he would rely on. His first project was with Hindustan Lever, incidentally before the name of the firm was even decided; this was a prestigious client that boosted his reputation and confidence. He soon expanded his scope of work to include marketing and exporting APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) to various countries. He also established his own finished formulation marketing company in 2000, with a special focus on chronic diseases and medical issues.

Mr. Bharal is not only a successful entrepreneur but also a visionary and an innovator. He has always been ahead of the curve, identifying opportunities and challenges in the pharmaceutical industry. One of his main objectives has always been to provide these critical products in an affordable and accessible manner. He has developed more than 400 products worldwide using cutting-edge technology and research. He has also diversified his business into herbal and nutraceutical products through his new company, Rainbow Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. He has received several awards and recognitions for his contributions to the pharmaceutical sector and, equally importantly, his philanthropic spirit, such as the Samaj Bhushan award by the Governor of Maharashtra.

But it is this philanthropic spirit and his compassion for humanity that make Mr. Bharal truly admirable. He has dedicated his life to creating a disease-free, war-free, and peaceful society. He has supported various causes and initiatives, such as education, health care, the environment, women's empowerment, animal welfare, and social justice. He has also helped many people who have approached him for assistance in their difficult situations. Despite over fifty years in the industry, he has held steadfast to the values he started PSA with and remained stalwart towards his vision, a vision conceived on a train to Bombay as he took his first steps into the industry that he would pioneer.
