I am Pramod Bharal, a chemical engineer at heart and a philanthropist by spirit. As the founder of PSA Chemicals and Rainbow Life Sciences, my journey spans over five decades across corporate business, pharmaceuticals, and philanthropy. It's a path marked by recognition but driven by a vision for a world free of disease and conflict, dedicated to peace.

BIRTH
Born into modesty in Wardha, Maharashtra, I have climbed to heights I once only dreamed of, as the founder and CEO of PSA Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, now a beacon of innovation and affordability in healthcare solutions worldwide. My story is one of passion, perseverance, and innovation.
FOUNDING PSA
Refusing to settle, inspired by my entrepreneurial parents, I envisioned creating an enterprise of my own. With just Rs. 500 and a dream, I founded PSA, a consulting firm named after my wife Suman, myself, and the associates who stood by me. Our first project with Hindustan Lever set the stage for my future ventures, including the marketing and export of APIs and the establishment of a finished formulation marketing company focused on chronic diseases.
AWARDS
Recognized for my efforts with numerous awards, including the prestigious Samaj Bhushan award by the Governor of Maharashtra, my commitment to philanthropy parallels my business achievements.
EDUCATION
Despite early financial struggles and a speech impediment, my academic excellence led me to the National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, where I embarked on my journey in chemical engineering in 1972. My career began as a process engineer, where I not only honed my skills but overcame personal challenges, laying the groundwork for my future.

Ahead of my time, I have always seen the opportunities and challenges in the pharmaceutical industry. My dedication lies in making critical healthcare products affordable and accessible. With over 400 products developed using the latest technology, my ventures into herbal and nutraceutical products with Rainbow Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. have further diversified my contributions to healthcare.
MY PHILOSOPHY
Supporting education, healthcare, environmental conservation, women's empowerment, animal welfare, and social justice, I have dedicated my life to creating a better world.
